Study Shows US Home to 41% of NFT Companies Worldwide CryptoGlobe

According to a study titled “A World of NFT Adoption” published by nftclub.com, the United States has the most non-fungible token (NFT) company headquarters in the world. While the United States accounts for over 41% of NFT companies globally, the second highest number of NFT startups come from Singapore, with the country hosting over 10% in the region.

NFT Club has published a research report that analyzes Google searches related to non-fungible tokens and the amount of NFT companies in the world. The study shows which country is most interested in NFTs, according to Google queries related to NFTs per 100,000 people. According to NFT Club statistics, Taiwan leads the world with 2,300,330 searches and a population of approximately 23,888,595.

“Using Google search data, we were able to identify the countries performing the most NFT-related searches,” the NFT Club study notes. “We looked at a range of common NFT search queries and found their total volumes over the past year for 50 different countries to reveal where people are most interested in non-fungible tokens.”

NFT searches are also popular in Australia, as the country ranks second in terms of interest. The number of NFT down searches reached 2,137,060 queries among a population of approximately 26,068,792 citizens. While Taiwan and Australia captured the top two positions in terms of NFT interest per country per 100,000 population, Canada, Iceland and New Zealand follow.

NFT Club research also clarifies that the United States is home to the top-funded NFT company, Forte Labs, and the second-top-funded startup, Sorare, is from France. The United States leads the number of NFT companies in the world with 91 registered companies, which shows that the United States is home to 41.55% of all NFT startups. Singapore has 24 NFT companies located in the country, which equates to 10.96% of all NFT startups globally.

India now has the third largest number of NFT companies located in the country, with 11 companies in total, or 5.02% of the global total. India is followed by Canada, Australia, Japan and the UK, respectively. In addition to leading with the most number of NFT companies, the United States is home to five of the top ten most funded NFT companies. The list of US-based NFT companies includes Forte Labs, Opensea, Fancraze, Genies, and Pixel Vault, with combined funding of $1.6 billion.
